I re-watched The Chronicles of Narnia: Prince Caspian last night despite the fact that I should be reviewing for my midterm exams. The movie's really good, and it felt nostalgic to watch. I read the entire series when I was in grade school and loved them very much, even if Lewis' writing gets boring sometimes.
My favorite books are The Voyage of the Dawn Threader and The Last Battle. The latter was the saddest but still the happiest book because of its ending. I remember accidentally finding the book in our provincial public library and read it before the other books. /fail

I always have a tendency to download the soundtrack of a movie, especially if the movie and its music is good. In the Prince Caspian movie, my favorite song is The Call by Regina Spektor. C: Also nostalgic to hear. It was played when they went back to London, leaving Narnia behind. I also downloaded There's a place for us by Carrie Underwood because I can't get enough of Narnia soundtracks. This song was in The Voyage of the Dawn Threader.

As for Ben Barnes as Caspian...
I didn't like him before because Caspian should have a golden blonde hair. But now I agree that he's okay to be Caspian. The Spanish accent he used is good.

btw, off topic but have you noticed that Ben Barnes has a tendency to be chosen for characters with blonde hair? Like in Dorian Gray? /fail
Also, the very reason why I watched Prince Caspian again is to bring back the innocent Caspian in my mind. Dorian Gray kind of made him dark and dirty. lolol

so I went to see a basketball match between the University of the Philippines (UP; my school) and the University of the East this afternoon
we were actually excited about this game because UP has a chance to win this. Before this game our standing was 0 wins and 6 losses. : D /fail
now we're at 1-6 at the end of the first round
next game will be the start of the second round of the UAAP basketball season and I'm still hoping for another win (tho the chances are slim C
buuuut unfortunately they didn't sign my attendance card (requirement for my cheerleading class) because I was late. Gods, I came from Cavite and the game was in Araneta, Cubao, QC. Also, I am going with three other people all from other parts of Metro Manila so waiting for everyone to show up is hard.
Now I can't help but think that I came for nothing because my attendance card was not signed - and I hate myself for letting that ruin the joy of finally having a win after 6 losses.
now I'm torn between celebrating because of the stupid card.

lesson learned: come early like 2 hours before the game I should already be at the venue
